Senior Sales Leader (Keyes) is very inexperienced and in way over his head. Not savvy enough to know the business and is incapable of making his own decisions. Puts a lot of trust into 1 or 2 individuals who directs his thinking and decisioning - makes you wonder why he is even there. Unfortunately, these individuals have never sold a thing and, therefore, they do not have the knowledge to help drive results - great for charts, graphs and giving others work but they provide very little value to drive outcomes and move the business forward - all smoke and mirrors which are designed to point out what could be done better to keep focus away from how they are falling short with their own responsibilities - rarely provide solutions. What is worse is that he doesn't even have regular calls with his sales leaders. Most have noted only having 2 meaningful conversations about their business in the last 18 months - makes you question long term viability. 3 have left voluntarily in the last 2-3 months - expect more.
