      There are no pros to working here.

      Horrible work conditions, horrible management, this job will literally kill you, someone actually died there because management would not let them leave to go to a doctor after telling management they didn't feel well. Management is never around and when they say they will help you they don't. Conduent policies only applies to employees not management. Management enforces policies but they do not have to follow them and don't call HR because they don't do anything either. If you have a family don't work here. Conduent cares about everything except employees and their families.

      Almost anyone can get hired. Job for someone who needs a little extra money.

      Cons

      Doesn’t pay well. No pay raises, unless promoted. Hostile environment. Favoritisms. Multiple legal actions taken due to pay or treatment of the company. Multiple company name changes and/or buy out.
