Pros

Being able to work from home

Cons

unfair attendance policy-this attendance policy is held against you even if the reason for an absence is rooted in the fact that a technical issue created as the result of some other resolution applied from their IT support. once its all up and running you are expected to come in and work recovery hours in addition to your regular shift. Those recovery hours aren't OT pay and you are expected to drop any and all plans to comply no matter what is going on in your life despite the entire issue being created by IT. you will be treated as if you are lying even though you have that ticket proving the issue is strictly on the company side, you will be treated as if the issue is on your side not theirs. Supervisors all give different answers when asked to explain specific policies and process associated with them. asking your supervisor for specific process for meeting compliance associated with many policies will earn you a brick wall to talk to.

Pros

None... Even the CEO jumped ship.

Cons

No support, No commitment to employees (you are just a number), punished for looking at advancement, Leadership does not care, if you want development they tell you to go find it, pay is sub-par, hours are extreme, goals are not obtainable and you aren't rewarded for your efforts (Bonus plan is based on groups not your efforts) and changed after the fact, changes every quarter in direction, monthly beat downs from senior leadership even when you are on the top of the leader boards. A very bad place to work, they lie and lie, commit to becoming a people company then do reductions in force every few months.

Pros

Simple phone tasks, easy to learn.

Cons

Worked here over 5 yrs, Conduent used to be Xerox, before that was ACS. Is all contract vendor phone work. Is mostly health insurance IE Aetna, Humana, Blue Shield. Very low pay, background checks are a joke; most employees on parole or probation. Racist environment, constant comments about skin color from employees. High turnover, frequent re-hires. Female employees dress like pole dancers (even if they're very obese). Lot of drug activity and police visits on site. Bathrooms are nasty; feces on walls, urine on floors. Benefits package for employees about as good as Burger King. Supervisors treat employees like children. Equal to mill work or factory work 250 yrs ago. Half the employees qualify for and get food stamps. Any food left in break room fridge gets stolen. Repeat outbreaks of bedbugs on furniture and carpets. Did I leave anything out? Would be very surprised if this was posted. Can't be this honest. Nowadays you can't hurt anyone's feelings.
