      Pros

      Great opportunity to travel and see other parts of the country / world. Great training with the CIS / CIM. Mostly very good people.

      Cons

      Expectations to do the job of two or three people. Very taxing, and no backup for when you are away on vacation. Sr. Management is a old boys club. When you're in your in. IF your not, your very dispensable.

      Excellent, supportive atmosphere. In my opinion management goes out of their way to make sure you know you're an important part of the team.

      Cons

      twenty four seven operation - weird schedules, They can get a little crazy with the rah rah super pumped attitude. They might expect you to be a little too passionate about shipping boxes

      Freedom at work, when you drive you don't really have someone supervising you 24/7

      Cons

      I worked for 10+ hours only get paid for 4 hours. They have set salary and if you don't complete your route u will get fired.
