Pros

Amazing company to be a part of. We have been and keep growing tremendously, which means there is plenty of advancement opportunities. There is always very open communication with upper management even though it is a huge company. Co workers are great, most of us are in this company for the long run and most likely will be occupying leadership roles in the future. I am proud to work here, there is no better feeling than watching the DHL plane flying over the building early in the morning.

Cons

Telesales reps are getting a lower salary when they make the jump to outside sales. People that are not familiar with the industry that are being brought from outside and are getting higher salaries.

Pros

Workers have a life here. Job hours are not unbearable and you have time for your personal life. Overtime work is available, it all depends on what you want here.

Cons

No real cons here but if I had one, I think the pay should increase although that's not bad either. And everyday is the same, it's easy to get bored with delivering.
