Pros

Good training and management program. Ability to travel to different places with a wide multi-cultural exposure, especially at Regional and Global offices. Good remuneration packages.

Cons

Not truly inclusive for other diversity concerns such as with physical disabilities, gender identity or sexual orientation, inspite of the presence of Corporate Policy. In other words, Corporate Policy on Diversity hasn't yet been fully implemented all throughout the network, including at some Reginal or Global offices.

Pros

Relatively easy work, set schedule, not stressful in the least bit. Lower level supervisors are always helpful. Lenient of time off is needed.

Cons

Horrible management and lack of communication, company needs a complete restructure. Doesn't train employees. Courier vehicles are unsafe to drive and all in horrible condition.

Pros

DHL puts a lot of focus on their people by offering great internal trainings to drive continuous improvement and high performance. There has been a big growth in the network and people in recent years which affords lots of new career opportunities.

Cons

The big challenge is having a small portfolio of services to offer customers. DHL is the international leader in Express shipping and the focus is only international. This does pose challenges by not being able to offer a domestic service.
