      Large investment in employees knowledge of business and industry. Great facilities and employee engagement.

      Cons

      Successful company divisions are punished by failing/underperforming divisions through budgeting and expectations. Employee headcount is too hard to come by. Necessary positions are not backfilled causing employees to take on additional workloads. Late adoption of emerging technologies and opportunities. Global IT presents too many roadblocks for innovation.
