      Pros

      Benefits package is great, vacations are easy to take, off every holiday (if you're not in customer service), good food and lounge area

      Cons

      Have to work every holiday (if in customer service), hours are screwed up and never the same (which is OK if you're single), OT mandatory in peak season

      Inside Sales with DHL Express Direct Channel Sales is a great development platform to set you up for success. This department takes pride in developing and ramping up young professionals towards their career path they are looking towards with DHL. Youthful culture. Highly driven and determined professionals. The coaching culture is motivating to always be gaining and working towards expectations. Internal events are fun and engaging throughout the year. Monthly birthday lunch is always a nice perk to look forward too.

      Cons

      This role is a role that you are not expected to stay long term in. If you are comfortable staying in your role, its welcome of course but ultimately there are a lot of new faces throughout the year because of reps taking their promotions after 12 - 18 months in the role.
