Cons

No unscheduled leaves though its an emergency, Too much work load,Sick leaves and Casual Leaves are one and the same, everyday change in shifts,Extremely strict on login timings,Genuine reasons are not taken into consideration.Leaves plotting for 6 months earlier and now 1 year prior.

The company values it's employees and respects them more than UPS does. Solid vision and strategy for growth in the future. Entrepreneurial spirit, where employee recommendations are taken into account. Opportunities for career advancement, working in other countries, learning about global commerce.

Cons

Some positions expect double-hatting (performing multiple roles), but I believe that is a trend in many companies these days.
