Pros
The culture is what is best. Very young and lively environment. Good foundation for sales experience and good training. Complex sell and you get to work with people all over the world. Management is very involved and keeps you motivated with team activities, goals and competitions. Good position with a huge company and they offer a GREAT commission and bonus structure. You can move forward to so many different departments as well since there is a lot of opportunity in the company.
Cons
Daily metrics such as number of calls you make a day is emphasized too much; they base your daily performance on little numbers that do not help your overall quota. They offer promotions, but the timeline it takes to get to outside sales is a lot longer than what they tell you at the beginning. You can prove with your previous numbers you are ready for the next step, but actually getting there is a struggle and you have to be open to going anywhere.
