      Pros

      good work environment, nice colleagues. as other big companies, finance function is divided into different parts. good thing is to have a look at how each part wokrs togther in an MNC, bad thing is you only work on a certain small area.

      Cons

      (i worked on a temporary position. ). Trainings could be better. as i just stayed for three months, i do not have many things to complain about.

      Pros

      Great name, good infrastructure. Average salaries. Employee feedback and engagement is important to the management. Hence employee turnover is not too high.

      Cons

      Work culture not as professional as one would expect from a high profile logistics co. Needs to be aggressive to get a better market share in Americas. Consumer awareness compared to competitors needs to be better in these markets too.
