      They recognize hard work, and reward it when its been earned.

      Cons

      Hours are very inconsistent, need to make sure full time employees receive full time hours if that is what is offered.

      Great money you can make a killing. All the OverTime you want!!1

      Cons

      They dont care about their employees. Willing to pretty much fire you over any little thing. watch you back. Also never trust up management such as Leads, and Supervisors. They will throw you under the bus to say their own as. Even if they were the ones to tell you to do something!
