If you want to have a relaxed work environment and be surrounded by people who do not want to make a lot of money this is a good place.

Cons

management team is full of people who have never sold DHL Express. Yet they are giving advice on how to sell DHL Express. Have a hard time seeing the logic in that.

There is always work to be done and smart people to work with. You have many opportunities to learn through training seminars.

Cons

Work hours are not flexible and vacation time is extremely low with only 6 holidays per year. If you are here for 9 plus years your vacation goes to 5 weeks.
