Pros

Good enough part time gig, with decent pay and a great benefits package (tuition reimbursement, health, 401k, etc), especially considering it's a part time job. Immediate supervisor was very accommodating and respectful, and coworkers were generally good.

Cons

Definitely a job, not a career, to be a package sorter. The top-out pay scale at CVG is nowhere near what the workers from Wilmington were making. Plus like any night time job expect your sleep schedule to be screwed up. Watch for a certain short guy upstairs who is in middle management. And like any job demanding physical labor there's a lot of turnover.

Pros

The culture is what is best. Very young and lively environment. Good foundation for sales experience and good training. Complex sell and you get to work with people all over the world. Management is very involved and keeps you motivated with team activities, goals and competitions. Good position with a huge company and they offer a GREAT commission and bonus structure. You can move forward to so many different departments as well since there is a lot of opportunity in the company.

Cons

Daily metrics such as number of calls you make a day is emphasized too much; they base your daily performance on little numbers that do not help your overall quota. They offer promotions, but the timeline it takes to get to outside sales is a lot longer than what they tell you at the beginning. You can prove with your previous numbers you are ready for the next step, but actually getting there is a struggle and you have to be open to going anywhere.
