Great company if you don't have to work with Independent contractors

Pros

It was a pretty good job. Wide variety of responsibilities. Days flew by because we were busy.

Cons

Left to run office operations often. The manager at our location was very unprofessional. She would leave for 2 hours and come back. Expected us to do a lot of her duties. We had horrible office supplies, desks falling apart etc. The station money was a bonus for the manager if it wasn't spent, so she kept it and we had unsafe working environments.

Boring and repetitive once you have the job duties down.

The pay is decent and decided upon your past experience.

Cons

Once out of training you basically are thrown onto the phones and expected to do ALOT of on the job training. There is alot that is not covered in the classroom that could and should have been.
