Pros

The only pro is that you will have time to do other things unrelated to the job.

Cons

Terrible working conditions. The pop-up shops are lowkey inhumane to work in. Training is poorly done and rushed. Managers say they care about what you have to say but when you bring up valid claims they literally just make excuses on why things are the way they are and why they won't change. There's no real opportunity to move up or around in the company. They're just going to give you more work with no additional compensation. This is literally the worst job I've ever worked at.

-Career development, has a lot of benefits. -Good for learning but not for a long time. -No racial issue. -Review employees based on performance.

Cons

-Management doesn't know the real root cause of people leaving the company is because of small increments - less than 5%. It's hard to find employees who is working for a long time in the company. Mostly leave the company within 1-3 years. -High pressure. -Company promotes work-life balance but the workload and expectations they give don't allow it. -Management always said we can replace you in the next few days if you leave - which they don't know the impact on the current team which needs to cover a lot of things. Easy to say then execute.
