The people that work at DHL are generally a great group of people.

Cons

Secrecy by Senior Management regarding strategy planning leaves many people sitting on the edge of their seat wondering if either their job will suddenly be "rationalized". Based on how DHL has operated over the past several years, they have spent quite a lot of money accomplishing almost nothing. Projects get 3/4 completed and then cancelled.

With the current state of the transportation industry, I would not recommend it. However, the people that worked there were very dynamic.

Cons

The leadership of the company is weak and there are systems and processes are not harmonized.
