Business Outlook
Pros
The people are great. Almost every person I worked with was genuinely a well intentioned, good human. And that counts for a lot. The company also invests a lot of time and resources in their onboarding experience.
Cons
Not necessarily a con, but the company is VERY operations focused. Investments are made in operations, not in corporate functions. Sales people lack the most basic prospecting tools available at most companies but are expected to perform at a high level. Also, the sales compensation is insanely complicated. 1+1 does not equal 2.
