Pros

Big company, in theory, lot of areas to get experience and grow.

Cons

For the last 4 years my manager is blocking my promotion with really bad excuses, such as: he need to know me better, or, (he borrowed me to another team to work for them as they were short of employees) you were working for other team therefore I cannot promote you as you were not working for my team (acting like it was my decision), or that I am missing a certificate which he called "useless" and "waste of money" when I asked if company could pay for it - but it was not a problem to use it against me. HR are aware of this, but as they said: that is not right, but this is strictly the manager's decision". With the company policy to hire almost only in India, there are no opportunities locally, so it is either start looking for a job outside or stay hoping for a change. Moving to other business units is also almost impossible. I had a couple of meetings regarding that, but they do not recognise skills and experience gained in other parts of our organisation, and rather hire externally or inside their business unit.

Pros

-Good colleague, senior, and supervisor. Very helpful. -Working environment was very was excellent. - Atmosphere within team was supportive and positive.

Cons

- upper management was horrible in decision making. - reducing agent flexibility every month with strict regulation in the name of 'manipulation'. - involving HR in daily processing. - incompetence HR to follow employee act especially regarding overtime and in-lieu leaves. - agent has to take care of many things, volume, quality, line efficiency, quality framework, multi line, even meal break time was decided by management. - ironically, HR and upper management seem to be working together to create a very uncomfortable environment for agents, the complete opposite of their goals of building a great place to work. - the management tends to micromanage (itrack) and look for small mistakes rather than trusting agent to perform.
