Hello, Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It's a pity that your rating isn't positive. Our goal is that you feel respected and valued by us and that we are an employer of choice for you, in good times and in difficult times, which was not the case at your site in Columbus. The way you have been treated influences how you manage your emotions. Management must be encouraged to reduce negative feelings within the organization. That is a concern to us and something we will investigate. We recommend that, in the future, you discuss with your HR colleagues the topics that you believe can be optimized to contribute to a better working environment and your well-being. Topics must be discussed before optimization can begin. We wish you much success and satisfaction in your next job. But most of all, thank you for all your efforts and patience. Your DHL Team.

Pros

handle one job, competitive benefits, work life balance. no promotion.

Cons

the most micromanage company i have ever been till now, they will try to find problem to the employer even though they said they take care of the employee, the micromanage i said is they will involve HR in many matter, even in PD they always said management monitor our job movement and sometimes they mentioned has been escalade to VP, You guys don't have anything to do?. Even though they said they want to HELP you NO! they just want YOU to follow 110% rules, you do good don't see, but once you do mistake, Management will come to you like AVENGERS ASSEMBLE! and they will question WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY but conclusion to solve the problem Micromanage Sick Leave-you got sick today, after 2 days your supervisor will have 121 and ask "reason for sick? why after 1 hour work you sick?" Tardiness cannot skip work rest cannot late if more than 5 minutes the system will put red. we as human if you late 5 minutes you pay back5 minutes work. i don't see management mistake in this matter, RIGHT.......

Pros

-Easy interview -It's a job

Cons

Micromanagement and excessive meetings, inefficient processes. Outdated tech stack and poor legacy code. The worst HR experience in 8 years – rude, unprofessional, and engaged in GDPR violations and local labor law breaches. Management – constant overstepping of personal and legal boundaries, frequent after-hours disturbances. Overall ok though, could be worse. Asked to work for free – both myself and several newcomers were pressured to start working before the official contract start date. Legal threats from people operations – refusal to share an excessive amount of personal data or to sign unfavorable documents led to intimidation. I sensed racism from European employees toward Indian colleagues. Low salaries – below industry standards. High turnover, no technical leadership.
