1. Decent pay but the pay structure is still 2021 2. Team at Bonn/Berlin is supportive

Cons

You get thrown around even working faithfully for a team. Restructuring happen at the cost. No value for human workers who gave their time and effort for the team. No say in decision making. ITS chennai management culture is worse than berlin. Following the other rat race of attendance tracking in office. Low quality work ! Do you really think 8 years of experience person will do a analyst job? You will asked to come to office suddenly while your contract might say it is remote or can be remote.

Toxic work environment, condescending “leadership”, it’s basically a call center since they require 50 outbound calls a day while expecting you to collect
