Fantastic to hear that you are so passionate about your work and that career advancement is possible at your site. That is how it should be! Ideally, a company can only have as many employees as there are jobs. However, the amount of work is often not constant but sometimes varies greatly. That is the reason why sometimes annual leave will be frozen. We encourage managers to be aware of stress in the workplace and take steps to combat this before it gets out of control.
