Indeed, being a Warehouse Operative is a physically demanding position and this is why we aim to offer good work planning that allows a work-life balance for you. We always try to do better, to continuously improve every part of our organization, including the conditions of our operational workers. For this reason we rely on our employees to come forward with constructive criticism and improvement feedback.
