      constantly laying people off and hiring new people for no apparent reason other than it is the end of the fiscal year and they have to look good to the market.

      I'm a part of the consulting group, and it couldn't be more disorganized or chaotic. I've been here a year and already there seems to be no hope to climb the ladder. Especially if you are female. The consulting organization HATES for women to be empowered. It's full of Harvey Weinstein's equivalents. One senior partner in the manufacturing practice has solicited sex from me multiple times. I'm strong enough to say no to him, but I know many aren't. I'm currently looking for other work that empowers women and doesn't push them down.
