      Pros

      Flexible working is great. Some good people who have not yet left

      Cons

      The company is talking Digital/Agile but at its heart is still the ossified skeletons of CSC and HPE with processes that are anything but agile. No trust afforded to those who own the P&L at the sharp end. Too many roles/well paid senior staff have vested interests in maintaining legacy (approval) processes. Zero commitment to the employee - just same old corporate language. Expects 100+ in loyalty and effort but (certainly in terms of compensation) gives nothing back. Targets set so unrealistically high to ensure most miss out on a bonus. Talk about integrity and moral values but happy to ignore that when it suits.

      No one cares where you are, or what you're working on

      Cons

      There are literally no leaders. Most managers are driven by the attainment of numbers and are clueless as to what makes 'their' people tick. They think everyone is driven by money, principally because they're all on bonuses and no one else (the actual workers) is. The is zero opportunity for promotion, and only the 'yes' men get anywhere. The pay is under the market rate, but if you're never really there, then who cares?!
