The employees I managed were dedicated and great people.
Cons
No flexibility. No ability to reward performance. Required Corporate Core hours are not reflective of the customer needs. Benefits are not equal to other companies and to retain the best! Layoffs happen too often and create too much stress. Due to zero raises, layoffs, stress people are not innovative, willing to share and team players; most want to float under the radar in hopes of not losing their job in the next cut! Zero skills building and money spent on staying current; they’d prefer to hire new instead of keeping an employee current.
