      Decent Health care options if you can afford it in the low pay

      Cons

      low pay no cost of living, convoluted processes that make it impossible to get anything done. Senior management is clueless on lean sigma six. they only look at bottom ling.

      Pros

      Job security in the beginning, coming from the Enterprise Services group of HPE. Seamless transition with ongoing projects work post split. Good sense of urgency amongst employees to do great work.

      Cons

      Uncertain future. I was directly impacted by the workforce reduction strategy. Despite having experience, knowledge, and solid team in US Payroll area, my site was shut down as a result of the failing bottom-line.

      Unlimited vacation (if manager will approve) Great Co-workers (if they haven’t been payed off) Got WFR’d after 28 years and found a much better employer!!

      Cons

      50-60 hour weeks High cost of benefits Loosing friends and co-workers from downsizing You train your Mexico or India offshore co-workers and then you get laid off (happened to me after 28 year with the company) No salary increases or bonuses like there used to be w/ HP and HPE HR managers have about 25 reports, too many to understand what they do, and they handle the reviews of people. USA Today reported DXC is 12th WORST company to work fo Could go on and on...
