      This company seems to have no idea what they are doing or where they are going. They hire desktop support people who have 0 computer knowledge or experience. Gets sent to India with people who just read a script and don't listen to anything you tell them. I was with HP then HPE then DCX. So glad I work on a public sector contract and got sold to Perspecta. I can't see how they could be worse than DXC

      None right now and none on the horizon.

      Cons

      CSC leadership and mentality. Current CEO selection was a huge blunder. CSC was being run into the ground and the merger with HP is simply absorbing the good HP healthy accounts to pump the stock price. That is all Lawrie cares about. He is feathering his nest while destroying a once fine company. This is Megs legacy. She cashed out and threw HP to the garbage heap.

      Extremely disorganized. "Leadership" is very out of touch with the work that needs to be done. They do not take care of their employees at all and when work is not magically done at the end of the day blame the employee rather than taking personal responsibility for their incompetence. Worst infrastructure I have ever had to work with. Worst leadership I have ever worked with.
