      Pros

      Unstructured often no guidance so you will just drift from project to project without any guidance to speak of. I guess this is a pro if you like that sort of aimless wandering.

      25:1 Employee to Employer ratio Don’t expect any guidance on your day to day job You will be a layoff target sooner or later

      Redundancy, redundancy, redundancy....

      Pros

      I worked in an amazing team of highly talented individuals, who unfortunately all left due to lack of recognition and/or constant redundancy cycles. Ability to work from home (though this was being phased out when I left).

      Cons

      No training. No pay rises or bonuses for years. Lack of recognition for going above and beyond (it became an expectation). Missing link between sales and delivery - often sales are made without considering whether they can be delivered or whether the talent required is even in place. Constant redundancy programs. Staff moral could not be lower.

      Shared service center, laid back atmosphere, nice office

      Cons

      Everything else, no company culture, no team building activities, non-existent people management, extremely high turnover rate due to low pay, some very incompetent people in management
