Remote work option (with former CSC) Some really great colleagues Unlimited vacation days (with former CSC)

Cons

Horrible culture, every employee is demoralized unless you work in India or other low cost area Make no mistake, this was really a takeover of CVS by HPE. Besides senior management, everyone left standing is former HP and they are looking out for their own. Completely unqualified people put in positions because of the "boys club" mentality

Amount of Paid time off is better than a lot of companies, allowing you to better work / life balance.

Cons

Provided little to no resources / supplies. Very little job training provided besides what it is required by the NMCI Contract.

Paycheck. Some good people remain to keep a pulse going. Some govt contracts still need doing. Work from home is a plus, can parallel job search in private.

Cons

Weekly layoffs leading to understaffed projects. No raises or bonuses cut vacation days and health benefits. Pipeline is weak vendors unpaid.
