Archaic systems and technology that waste so much time and hinder your ability to do your job Unreasonable targets that are increased without notice half way through financial year, no regard at all for employee morale or high performing employees trying to reach their targets Out of touch management who have seem to have no idea how terrible the workplace culture and employee morale really is Almost impossible to get a pay increase, or any other costs approved at all - all management care about it saving money, nothing else Ridiculously long, convoluted, repetitive processes for the simplest tasks, you will spend 75% of your time trying to navigate outdated systems and perform unnecessary administrative tasks
