Pros

the people here are what keeps this company alive today and their loyalty to previous companies HP/HPE & CSC.

Cons

Since Lawrie joined its gone from ok to bad to terrible. Cost cutting and WFRs are non stop. If your role (even client facing) wasn't outsourced offshore yet it probably will be soon. Morale is down, clients are dropping DXC left right and center and people are jumping ship like no tomorrow. The only goal here is to line more $$$ of Lawries pockets.

Pros

The customers, people who perform the day to day work and the different and expanding technology opportunities are outstanding.

Cons

Management is not making good decisions. Unfocused and illogical cutbacks are resulting in poor customer service and loss of contracts, loss of high performing individuals, and loss of certain skill sets. Competent upper management is resigning due to the chaos and poor decision making.

It is a great environment to work in, i joined on the graduate scheme and have progressed massively during my time here. The working environment is amazing as you have the support of everyone from the bottom all the way up to the higher level management. I have been given a platform here to develop my skills and drive my career in the direction I want it to go which is a great feeling. We are always working with the most cutting edge technologies which also keeps me on my toes and highly engaged as I feel I always have new tools and technologies I can learn and improve my knowledge on.

Cons

I havent had any issues during my four years of working at this company.
