      Pros

      Nothing. There was nothing about this organization that made it worth working there. Managers are awful and unqualified and the organization won't spend money so you can't even get basic supplies like pen and paper without going through your manager.

      Cons

      Lack of culture. Pressure to work lots of unpaid overtime hours. Awful manager running the Provider Relations team. Upper management doesn't have a grasp on employee engagement and everyone working there hates their jobs.

      Pros

      Relax atmosphere, not a lot of stress, and work load is not very heavy. I had a great boss that did not micro manage you. As long as you complete your work on schedule you are pretty much left along.

      Cons

      A lot of layoffs during the past 5 years. It appeared that the older and experienced employees were mostly the ones that got laid off. No raises during that 5 year period. Not very employee oriented company anymore.

      Great co-workers that rise to the occasion.

      Cons

      This comapny doesn't really care about it's employees. Lack of raises for 5 years, lack of good management, and lack of employee incentive. Morale consists of waiting for the next workforce reduction.
