DXC Technology reviews

I left this company over 3 years ago. I joined DXC Technology on a project management graduate scheme with the idea being I, like many others on the same scheme, would be given the support and guidance needed to navigate the workplace. Unsurprisingly this didn't happen. It's a facade to employ cheap labour. Cheap labour who will say yes to everything because they haven't yet established themselves in the workplace. I was put on 2 absolutely horrendous accounts. One which was in special measures because it was performing so badly. The other I can't even explain what the account was trying to achieve. I literally do not understand what the company was doing because noone ever told me. The account lacked processes and leadership and teamwork. Add into that a Pandemic and being forced to work from home and you get a recipe for mental health problems. The "manager" on the account was a complete bully, narcissistic, ego-tistic psychopath. I left the company 3 years ago. It is only just now I have realised how much this experience of working at DXC effected me mentally and physically. Literally within the past few days I have finally acknowledged that the behaviour I experienced was not normal. The bullying behaviour I and my colleagues experienced was still effecting my every day life up to now. I am writing this review because I am finally coming to terms with what I experienced. I reported the bully of a manager several times to my line managers and NOTHING was done. Because they didn't know how to deal with the situation or simply because they didn't want to. And to those people I say you're as bad as the bullying "manager". DXC as a business are a disgrace. It is very appropriate they sponsor Man Utd.
