      Pros

      -Solid benefits, but nothing you couldn't find at other full-time companies.

      Cons

      -Constant cost-cutting even to the detriment of meeting SLAs -Lower and mid-management is shell-shocked by constant changes and cutbacks -Only pays lip service to employee retention and development. Clearly wants to fire the existing work force and replace them with cheap, young DevOps trainees. -Quarterly-focused as opposed to customer focused -Absolutely no promotion path even with extensive training -Absolutely no job security outside of upper-management and younger DevOps hires.

      Wide variety of clients from different industries Work with excellent Subject Matter Experts / Field Specialists Great team (local) Work from home Flexible

      Cons

      Started as graduate, 4 years later still in same pay bracket even though I'm now managerial level Bureaucratic nightmare - endless approvals required, little responsibility given to regions

      Absolutely none but at least its a small paycheck

      Cons

      So many. Low pay. No raises. Bad benefits. Corporate is either in India or France, I don't think anyone really knows. Shorting your paycheck is reoccurring event. You can't talk to anyone in HR or Payroll, you have to submit a ticket and with them being in another county, communication is by email. I would not recommend working for this company.
