      The people strive to be a top notch in everything they do.

      Cons

      Because the company strives to be as 'global' and lean as possible, employees are forced to work under less than ideal conditions (24x7 comms with India, Australia, Europe, East/West cost. Reduction in workforce leaves less experienced personnel to pick the pieces when experienced resources are suddenly released to save $). Expectations were that RIF's would stop after the merger. But, I hear things have not changed since I was released.

      Only have work life balance

      Cons

      because of bad practice and policies company loosing talented resource.Good Resource is not required for DXC .Right now they only have junk resource rightnow and Junk manager who only do buttering for the next level.Very soon DXC is going to be closed
