Even as a highly ranked employee (Exceeds Expectations - Level 1) there is no hope for a raise, bonus, stock or even a personal pan pizza... The only way to get more money is to get a higher offer from a competitor, present it - and hope that your manager fights to retain you - and other listen. More than likely you will be walked out the door.

This is yet another massive corporation that only cares about increasing shareholder value. Is this done through offering compelling and quality services and building business? Of course not! Have as many jobs overseas as possible, reduce the work force to the absolute bare minimum, never give raises, and cut costs to the point of absurdity. DXC/CSC has been playing ridiculous financial games for years. Unless you are at the highest executive levels, you are just a number on a spreadsheet. Do not take a role in IT outsourcing. Your team will be chronically understaffed, you will not have any resources (at even the most basic level, it took my team months to get office supplies, pens and post-it notes!), and laughably few opportunities to improve your skills or career.
