Pros

Able to work from home. Decent benefits. Generous vacation plan. Professional and knowledgeable colleagues. Well defined processes. Decent mix of projects/programs to work on.

Cons

No raises. No professional/career Development. Layoffs have become a norm. Management does not have a clue how to increase revenue so the focus is entirely on cost cutting. No respect or regards for employees.

Pros

Some clever, committed people that are a pleasure to work with. Flexible with regard working from home.

Cons

Complex, poorly thought through, patched up internal processes and systems that have no place in a technology company. These constantly get in the way of delivering on client commitments and make everyone's lives hell. Senior management don't want the hear about it and more and more functions get outsourced to India where they are siloed into teams of poorly trained robots. Operational cost cutting gone insane.
