No pay raise, recognition is lacking to say the least, everything is cloak and dagger, last minute announcements for MAJOR events, i.e. retrenchment (or restructure) as they call it, you never know which day will be your last. lack of communication in general amongst the teams, no team building initiatives, mangers stick to themselves and communicate with their preferred employees. NO motivation exercises, ridiculous roster schemes and shift patterns. viewed airs are ignored even in the light of it being of some significance and no expalnation is granted toward the would be suggester or potential implemntor/s

The appraisal process is not a decent one. There will be a lot of office politics which I think are common now a days in almost all offices.
