Thanks for your review and having worked at DataArt for more than 3 years! We regard flexibility as one of our key values, but in different projects it still could be applied not in the very same way. Sometimes it depends not on the managers but on the client’s requirements. The good news is that all our colleagues have a contract with DataArt, not a particular project or account. If a manager or workflow in a team doesn’t meet expectations, there’s a possibility to change it. If there’s an issue with a manager, we always ask to let someone else know, i. e. HR, DM etc. Im DataArt it’s very easy to get in touch with any colleague, including the leadership team if needed.
