Awful work environment, don’t care about retention and revolving door of managers

There are a whole list of cons but the Australian Leadership is the worst in the whole globe. We have lost several great leaders + SDRS in ANZ in the last 12 months and all for the same reason. * No Support * No Direction * No Leadership Sales Reps are not getting paid right and it takes months and months to get it fixed. If you do not hit your number you are exited out of the business and in some cases without proper reason and they can do this because everyone was a contractor. Speak to anyone who has left Deel in Australia and they will vouch for the same that is not a workplace that allows you to grow your career. No diversity at all and pretty much everyone who has been hired were friends who had no sales experience or little tech experience. You will not find an SDR who has lasted more than 12 months in Australia and if you do its because they have been promised a promotion which will never happen. We often speak to our friends in other countries who work at Deel and when speak about our issues they are generally shocked . When these issues are raised to HR nothing happens because the focus is Hyper growth and peoples emotions and creating a nice workplace come 2nd when it comes to $$$.
