Pros

Great product, fast pace, growing really quickly. CEO is great and the team members are nice and tend to help (mostly)

Cons

The compensation is unfair. In the same team doing the same job you can get two times less compared to your colleagues just because your country is not so prosperous. You can not even negotiate more while your starting positions are much much lower. Almost no perks

Pros

Only pro is you get to work remote.

Cons

This is a very toxic work environment with unsustainable expectations, including regularly working 10 to 12 hours a day. The so-called “Deel speed” translates to no work-life balance. Clients can message you directly on Slack, and there’s an expectation to stay responsive even outside of working hours. If you don’t reply, you may get called out by leadership, including the Director of CS or even the CEO. The benefits don’t match the level of demand. There is also high turnover, which adds to the instability and workload. Communication across internal teams is inconsistent, and there’s often a lack of ownership when issues come up. Some cases sit unresolved for long periods because no one wants to take responsibility, and you end up getting bounced around trying to find answers. You’re constantly being assigned new accounts, often without proper handoff, which makes it difficult to support clients effectively. The company offers a wide range of products, but they all have problems because they are so focused on growing they can’t get one product right.

Pros

Cant find any pros recently.

Cons

There are too many managers who lack a basic understanding of how the business operates. Decision-making is unclear and often ineffective. Management provides little to no support—questions are frequently met with pushback rather than guidance. At times, accusations are made without proper validation or investigation, creating a culture of blame rather than accountability. Town halls are consistently focused on terminations, restructuring, and adding more tasks instead of improving or automating processes. Employees are terminated abruptly, often without notice, with their responsibilities immediately reassigned to remaining staff. There are serious concerns around NDAs that appear to conflict with European labor laws. The work environment is highly toxic and makes burnout very easy. Acquired companies, in particular, seem to be pushed toward rapid burnout as part of workforce cost optimization strategies. Overall, this is not a sustainable or healthy environment for employees.
