      No pros only remote working

      Cons

      I would not recommend this workplace to anyone. There is a lack of job security, as employees can be terminated without reason. The work hours are long, and management does not provide adequate support for payroll issues or constructive feedback. Please don't join in UK payroll team as this is the most worst.

      Remote work, first line escalation point is supportive

      Cons

      After terminating my contract needed to reach out the labour authorities for statement to receive my full compensation, yet got it with a note saying they dont agree however they process it as a “goodwill gesture”
