      Pros

      My experience at Deel so far has exceeded my expectations. I'm from Jamaica, in the Caribbean, and jobs are few and far between. Unless you're studying to be a government worker or a doctor, you pretty much fall in the hands of the service industry here, which pays little to nothing. Deel has offered me the opportunity to work remotely, from anywhere actually, while earning a livable wage. The application, recruiting, and onboarding processes have all been great. Can't complain at all.

      Cons

      While it's a great opportunity to work remotely, the time zone differences between teams can be a bit challenging, especially when there are interviews and onboarding calls. My first interview was at 2:00 am (Jamaica time). That's the only drawback I had, but it's not a bad thing as one might think, just a minor challenge.
