      Fast growing but it comes with a price

      -fast growth -opportunity -remote -flexible

      Cons

      with the pace of growth, there always is the possibility of growing pains. you can become a part of that as through restructuring, people leaving, etc. i don't want to go too into detail but things turned sour for something that was 100% out of my control where my role was completely diminished overnight. zero communication.

      Best company to give a boost to your sales career

      Pros

      For a sdr, I can’t think of a better company to work at. Best products on the market Huge TAM - any company that recruits internationally. Clear career path and opportunities Learning with a great sales org Most important values are speed and trust I’ve loved my time as an SDR, hit quotas and above, and got promoted to AE.

      Cons

      Working remotely is not for everyone. I personally would not work in an office anymore, but a few more in person events would be great.

      - motivated, international and diverse team - providing best in class solutions for our customers across HR and beyond - truly listening to their customers and striving to always improve - opportunity to earn well for successful people - opportunity to learn and add skills - career development opportunities - etc.

      Cons

      I cannot think of a reason not to work for Deel. Just be sure you are disciplined to work fully remote.
