      Pros

      I love working at Deel! Their commitment to remote employment and their willingness to hire talent from anywhere in the world is truly remarkable. It's given me the opportunity to work with a diverse team and enjoy the flexibility of remote work.

      Cons

      Workload can be demanding at times. Occasionally, working beyond recommended hours to meet SLAs may be required and to accommodate meetings from other regions. However, these challenges have also led to personal growth, improved time management, and a deeper understanding of global business dynamics.

      Market Leadership: Deel is a market leader with an incredibly talented Product team that continually evolves to stay ahead of the competition. Remote Work Flexibility: The executive team fully embraces remote work, a surprisingly rare attribute today, and even supports WeWork memberships for those who prefer it. Global and Diverse Team: Working with colleagues from 100+ countries is enriching and educational. It's not uncommon to find oneself in a meeting with people from New York, Italy, Israel, and Argentina, creating a truly diverse work environment. Learning Opportunities: Teams across Product, Sales, Leadership, and Partnerships are exceptionally smart and driven. The collaborative atmosphere provides ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. Career Growth: There are multiple paths for career advancement, whether as an individual contributor, in management, or even transitioning into a completely different function within the business. Customer-Centric Leadership: The executive team is hands-on and focused on improving the product and service, making a direct positive impact on our customers. Employee Benefits: The People team has implemented policies that greatly enhance work-life balance, including maternity/paternity leave, unlimited PTO, flexible holidays, and special incentives for tenured employees.

      Complex Operations: the global reach can sometimes make operations complex, requiring high levels of coordination across different time zones.. work can be challenging sometimes to keep up with.

      Great team & Supportive Culture

      Pros

      Genuine and Supportive Team: The people in my team go above and beyond to create a collaborative and supportive environment. It's common to see team members helping each other out and celebrating each other's successes. Supportive Culture: there is a fantastic company culture that promotes collaboration and innovation. Everyone here is genuinely supportive, and I've always felt comfortable sharing my ideas.

      Cons

      Attention to Employee Health: One area where Deel could improve is its attention to the health and well-being of employees. There have been instances where the demands of the job have taken a toll on the health of team members. Implementing more comprehensive wellness programs could make a significant difference. Work-life balance can be a challenge at times. The workload can become overwhelming, and there could be more support in terms of managing work hours to ensure a healthier balance.
