      Pros

      Flexibility enjoying fully remote job environment. Team spirit, collaboration and support. Well-developed adaptation plan for new comers. HR experience team management.

      Cons

      Very fast paced environment. Not necessarily a con, will be great for people loving and easily adapting for change, but may be very challenging for those who enjoy having same familiar processes in place.

      Deel is a really great company, fast growing, with a lot of opportunities

      Pros

      This is a fast growing company, improvement are made everyday. The HRX team is greatly managed, with kindness. We have daily calls to improve our practices. Good benefits, like monthly "buy what makes you happy" allowance of 100$

      Cons

      Workload is high but managers are helpful to prioritise
