      Pros

      - Learning is Endemic and inbuilt into every process - Development from a global perspective. - Work From anywhere in the world - Never a dull moment. You will be challenged in a way you have never experienced.

      Cons

      Location-based compensation gives high disparity within the same team (Could be demotivating). If you cannot pick things up and learn as you go, this will be a con for you.

      Pros

      The HR Experience (HRX) team is very warm and welcoming, and they are great at the work they do. It has been a great learning experience along with teammates who are always willing to help and contribute. The Company has set a great working culture, where every employee feels empowered to contribute in any way that they can, and very importantly, the Company actively celebrates employees' success and achievements.

      Cons

      Changes and evolution happens quickly here, so you've got to be prepared for it!

      Pros

      1. Get to see best in class CS 2. The company is REALLY fast. Which means you don't have to wait months to fix customer problems. You have a giant machine behind you that helps with customer escalations 3. You get the opportunity to be at one of the few growing software companies right now

      Cons

      1. It's FAST, and expectations are high. You need to move with a purpose all the time. It's hard and addicting at the same time. If you're not ready to move very quickly and enjoy the grind I don't recommend it
