- Great culture - Great people to work with and very collaborative team including the leadership team - Flexible work environment and truly allows everyone to work from wherever they want - Hyper growth company with lots of innovation - Lots of opportunities to grow

Cons

The only think I can think of is some manual processes but nothing to be worried about!
