      Good company if you have the right manager

      - Good product - Friendly colleagues - Everyone is hardworking and ambitious towards the same goals

      Cons

      - Managers are more interested in asserting dominance than in nurturing talent - Zero guidance, expect vague directions and bewildering expectations that change by the hour - Work-life balance is a joke, as well as 'unlimited PTO' - you will sacrifice evenings, weekends, and even vacations - No opportunity for career growth, the only growth you'll experience is in your resentment and frustration - Low salary and no benefits

Our goal is to ensure more consistency with training and resources for management that we are currently building.       No headaches with the bureaucracy, everything is done digitally

      Cons

      Hard to get to talk to anyone. As an employee you kinda have no rights, it's only the employer that can take decisions, and it feels like your needs are not listened to.
